How to read comments

I'm writing this because I just saw this happening and made me think about it...

I saw how difficult is to move from working for the private sector to the world of mobile apps for the World in general.

If you provide technology (hardware or software) to the private sector, then every thing you want to create it will be related to the business they currently do there. So, everyone knows what you are talking about.

But if you jump to the public sector because you have an idea and want to make an Android/iOs/BlackBerry/Mobile app, it can be related to anything. And here is the interesting phenomenon...

Because the people who will use your app is not from a defined sector. They are from a vast variety of sectors. You will have bakers, house wifes, business man, taxi drivers and many etceteras.

And comments will hurt. Because you are expecting the same as before (everybody knows what you are doing) but here is different. Because your idea is (for sure) something new. And every person will try to adapt it to their sector.

So, be careful when you read comments. I'm seeing people changing their original idea and goals just because comments were not that good. And that's bad because you get lost. And if you get lost, then everything is over.
