Google I/O 101: Dart Editor with Devon Carew - YouTube

Run Android on Windows with BlueStacks

This is a simulator for Android apps. It can be synchronized with your phone.

The bad part is (for what I see) that you need a phone number to be able to sync. And I have an Android tablet without phone number.

There must be able to download apps from the Android Market. And that's quite something because not all devices can access the market. And also the market decides which phone can access to an app. That's a crazy move I guess, coming from Google.

This guys have a site so, why don't they just publish the APK there for all the people to download?
